At Blacklead Learning, we primarily offer digital services such as online courses, training materials, and learning content. As such, no physical goods are shipped.
However, if any physical materials (e.g., printed certificates, course merchandise) are included in your enrollment, the following applies:
Delivery Method: We use reliable courier services and postal networks to deliver any physical goods.
Delivery Timeline: Most deliveries will be fulfilled within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Non-Delivery Issues: In case of failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping may incur an additional fee.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We strive to offer quality learning experiences and transparent enrollment terms. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below:
Course Enrollments:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase (and before course access begins) may be eligible for a full refund.
After 48 hours or once course content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
No refunds are provided for change of mind, incomplete usage, or technical issues not reported within 48 hours of access.
Training Services:
If a fee is charged for screening or placement services (no placement Services – to be replaced with Training Services), such fees are non-refundable unless:
The scheduled interview is canceled by Blacklead Learning without alternate arrangements, or
The service is not initiated within 14 days of payment or as communicated
Process:
To request a cancellation or refund, email support@bebigmedia.com with your payment receipt and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed on 15th and 30th of every month if its a holiday then next working day – to the original payment method.
⚠️ Note: Refunds are subject to verification and adherence to the terms stated above. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that violate these conditions.
