Rakhee has designed and delivered a wide range of learning solutions, including online courses, blogs, articles, student guides, and handbooks. She specializes in instructional design reviews, content walkthroughs, aligning learning objectives with target audience needs, and recommending effective instructional and interaction strategies. Additionally, she plays a key role in mentoring aspiring instructional designers, conducting in-house certification training, and coaching ID reviewers for quality assurance across projects. Before taking on the responsibility of spearheading a critical production team, Rakhee has designed, developed, and managed a suite of training materials for instructor-led courses, including presentation slides, hands-on lab exercises, Flash-based learning activities, illustrated student course books, step-by-step user guides, and customized job aids.
- Plan, develop, oversee, and implement learning and development programs for new products
- Determine the scope of a curriculum/course in terms of measurable learning goals within the framework of client requirements
- Structure the content in an instructionally appropriate manner within the framework of the learning goals
- Determine appropriate instructional strategies to meet the learning goals
- Envision elements that need to be part of supporting documentation (style sheet, wordlist, etc.) to ensure consistency across a curriculum
- Coordinate with the team to develop instructionally sound content as per the content outline and supporting documents
- Participate in client calls / meetings with a clear agenda/queries to elicit client requirements
- Conduct reviews and quality checks at all stages of project development and transfer learning to other development teams
- Analyze bug reports from the client and incorporate the learnings in ongoing projects
- Development of cascaded business objectives to align the leadership, management and work teams to assure their objectives supported the unit’s operational goals and financial targets.
